All orders generally ship within 24 hours. We will communicate with you during every step of the process. You will get an email receipt once you complete your purchase and all orders will recieve an email when your package ships. US orders will receive a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number.
We ship outside the USA to many countries including Canada, U.K. & Europe. Any customs fee, VAT and/or duties are not included in the shipping charges. A full list of countries we ship to is available on the first page of the checkout process.
We offer UPS Ground shipping on all USA orders (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam shipping is $9.95 for USPS Priority 2-3 Day) from our warehouse in Allentown, PA which is about 90 miles west of New York City. For UPS Ground, click here to see your delivery time depending on the state you are shipping to. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please use the USPS Priority shipping option. Once we ship your order, US customers can expect to receive it based on the shipping option shown below. Customers outside the US will generally receive their order within 10 business days. For US customers that need their bag quickly, we recommend USPS Priority. However, if you absolutely positively need your Pinder bag earlier, we have other USA shipping options including UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air options as seen below. For US customers on the west coast, we recommend upgrading your shipment to US Postal Service Prioirty for $7.50 and you will be able to receive your order in half the time of UPS Ground.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. Our return policy is simple: You can return any order for any reason within 30 days. If you want to return a Pinder laptop bag because it wasn't the exact color you wanted or you ordered the wrong size, please keep the bag in new and unused condition and we'll gladly take it back within 30 days of your purchase and give you a refund. We will pay the return shipping if we made an error (we sent you the wrong item, etc.). Please contact us and inform us that you need to return an item and we'll be glad to help you.
